No. The visual flow editor works with drag-and-drop. You can build your automation with AI and then edit or customize any part you like. No programming or API knowledge is required.

AI comes into play in three places. When you describe your business, it builds your automation flow for you. When a customer sends a message, it detects what the message is asking for. When a product question arrives, it finds the right product from your catalog. On the Pro plan, contextual response generation is added on top of this.

Setting up the system takes about five to ten minutes on average. You connect your social media account, add your products in bulk, build your first automation with AI, and go live. The time may vary depending on your business model.

Instagram support is currently active. Facebook Messenger, followed by WhatsApp integration, will be added soon.

An Instagram Business or Creator account is all you need. There is no requirement to be connected to a Facebook page. However, when you connect an Instagram account that is linked to a Facebook page to our system through Facebook, you can benefit from additional capabilities such as liking comments. Account connection is handled through Meta's OAuth infrastructure, and your password is never shared with UlakChat.

Yes. You can connect 1 account on the Free plan, 3 on the Starter plan, and 10 on the Pro plan. You can define a separate flow for each account.

The main difference between the plans comes down to the number of accounts, reply limits, and AI features. The Free plan includes intent detection and product recognition. The Starter plan adds understanding that follows the conversation context. The Pro plan generates dynamic replies through contextual response generation.

Yes. Intent detection and product recognition are active on the Free plan. Every AI reply is included in your plan's automated reply limit, and no extra charge is applied.

You can test the paid plans for 7 days without paying. During this period all features work fully. At the end of day 7, the fee for the plan you chose is charged to your card. If you cancel during the trial, no charge is made.

Payments are taken through the iyzico infrastructure and processed in compliance with the PCI-DSS standard. Your card details never reach UlakChat servers; they are encrypted and stored directly on iyzico's side. Payment data is processed in Turkey and is not transferred abroad.

Click the "Manage Plan" button at the very bottom of the left menu. Select the Free Plan among the plans and complete the cancellation using the "Cancel Subscription" button there. Service continues until the end of the current billing period.

Your data is stored on Hetzner servers in Germany and processed in compliance with GDPR rules. Payment-related data is kept in Turkey through iyzico. Encryption keys are protected in a location separate from these servers, creating a two-layer security structure.

Yes. UlakChat operates in compliance with KVKK (Turkey's data protection law) and GDPR requirements. Your requests to access, delete, or correct your data are resolved within 30 days. Cross-border data transfers are safeguarded under Article 9 of KVKK through Standard Contractual Clauses. UlakChat is also an approved application as an official Technology Partner of Meta.

Customer messages are protected with the AES-256 encryption standard. Encryption keys are kept in a location separate from the servers where the data resides, providing two-layer security. Your messages are never shared with any third party for commercial purposes.

It is the system that generates the reply, not the AI. The AI detects the intent of the incoming message and routes it to the flow you designed. The reply is sent according to the flow you created. On the Pro plan, with contextual response generation, the AI can create dynamic replies specific to the conversation.

Contextual understanding means the AI following the recent messages to grasp where the conversation is heading. When a customer goes off topic or sends an ambiguous message, the system routes it to the right flow. With contextual response generation, on the other hand, the AI creates a reply specific to that moment in the conversation instead of using fixed flow replies.

You can follow automation conversations in real time from the panel. You can pause a conversation that is going wrong at any time and take it over manually. During the conversation you can see the AI's decisions and adjust your flow accordingly.

The system is monitored 24/7. In case of unexpected outages or platform-related issues, we post notifications on our Instagram and Facebook pages. Infrastructure outages of the social media platforms themselves are not related to UlakChat; in such cases we also keep you informed through our pages.
