This Delivery and Refund Policy outlines the delivery and refund conditions for the digital subscription services offered through ulakchat.com (hereinafter referred to as "UlakChat").

2. Service Description

UlakChat is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that enables businesses to manage their social media accounts from a single panel. Services include messaging management, chatbot creation, social media management, and customer communication tools.

3. Delivery Conditions

All services purchased through UlakChat are digital in nature and no physical delivery is involved.

Upon successful payment, the purchased subscription plan is automatically assigned to the user's account and the service becomes immediately available for use.

Service activation typically occurs within a few minutes of payment confirmation. In the event of a technical issue, this may take up to a maximum of 24 hours.

4. Subscription Information

Current subscription plans, their scope, and pricing are published on the ulakchat.com/#pricing page.

Subscription fees are charged on a monthly or annual basis depending on the user's chosen plan. All paid subscription plans include a 7 (seven) day free trial period. No charges are made during the trial period. If the user does not cancel their subscription before the trial period ends, the subscription fee is automatically charged and the subscription is automatically renewed at the end of each billing period.

5. Free Trial Period and Right of Withdrawal

All paid subscription plans include a 7 (seven) day free trial period. No charges are made to the user during the trial period.

The user may cancel their subscription through the platform at any time during the trial period without incurring any charges.

If the user does not cancel their subscription before the trial period ends, the fee for the selected plan is automatically charged.

Once payment has been processed, no full refund is issued under the right of withdrawal. Cancellation and refund conditions for monthly and annual subscriptions are set forth in Section 6.

Important: The free trial period is granted only once per user. A user who has previously used the free trial period on any plan cannot benefit from it again on any subsequent subscription, and the subscription fee will be charged immediately.

6. Subscription Cancellation and Refund

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation conditions are applied based on the subscription type as follows:

6.1. Monthly Subscription Cancellation

No refund is issued for monthly subscription cancellations made after payment has been processed. Upon cancellation, service access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which the subscription is terminated.

6.2. Annual Subscription Cancellation — Partial Refund

For annual subscriptions cancelled outside the withdrawal period (7 days), a partial refund is applied. The calculation is as follows:

• The period used until the cancellation date is calculated in full months (a started month counts as a full month).
• Each used month is charged at the current monthly list price of the respective plan.
• The total monthly charges for the used period are deducted from the annual subscription fee, and the remaining amount is refunded to the user.
• Service continues until the end of the current monthly period, after which the subscription is terminated.

Example: Annual plan fee: 2,000 ₺, monthly plan price: 250 ₺. If the user cancels during the 4th month: 4 × 250 ₺ = 1,000 ₺ usage fee is charged, remaining 1,000 ₺ is refunded to the user. Service continues until the end of the 4th month.

The partial refund amount is refunded to the user's original payment method within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) business days from the approval of the cancellation request.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Full refund requests shall not be accepted in the following cases:

• Once the trial period has ended and payment has been processed, no full refund is issued for monthly subscriptions (partial refund rights for annual subscriptions are reserved).
• If the user has previously used the free trial period, no additional trial period is granted.
• Monthly subscription cancellations made after payment has been processed.
• The user's account has been suspended or terminated due to violation of the terms of service or usage conditions.
• The user has misused the platform (spam, unauthorized access attempts, etc.).
• No refundable amount remains after the partial refund calculation for annual subscriptions.
